Hello, I am Dr Leggs, the resident psychiatrist of Sunset Cove. Many interesting people come to see me about their problems (and you can sometimes see me in Atlantis High!). Each week I’m profiling different Sunset Covers – and this week is the wacky chick with blue hair – Jet Marigold.

Name:	Jet Marigold
Age:	17
Status:	Eccentric student at Atlantis High – very much an individual
Appearance:	Blue haired, Jet stands out from the crowd. Not just with her hair – she has a really “different” sense of fashion and loves to wear sometimes conflicting clothes – like a kilt and a blue t-shirt with a skull and cross bones! She normally wears some type of bangles or necklaces.
Past History:	Jet was very secretive about this. She claims she has “normal” parents but I am not sure what aspects of her past explain her unique individuality in terms of appearance – and behaviour. Jet is not your everyday “miss usual” and she has been very coy about her past.
Motives:	Discovering the truth. Jet has a great desire to uncover a myriad of conspiracy theories that she sees – practically everywhere. She has a sense of justice and wants to help others – and unmask hidden agendas or sinister motives of others…
Influences:	Beanie. At first, Jet was appalled by the kid with the big ears. But as time marches on, Jet finds Beanie very attractive – because he is a “weirdo” and does things his own way – much the same way that Jet does things her own way. They are two individual peas in a pod.
Strengths:	Her imagination – Jet has an amazingly vivid mind and sees things other people may not see. She also has a great stubborn streak and sense of determination – once she sets her mind on doing something, she will let nothing get in her way. With a sense of justice, she is bent on writing wrongs.
Weaknesses:	Her imagination – Jet can sometimes get totally carried away by her mind and what she perceive as others’ hidden motives (when there may be nothing really there in reality for her to worry about). Her imagination can make her paranoid – when she visited me, she claimed I was part of a diary manufacturer conspiracy to force people to buy more diaries so they could record what happened at their therapy sessions… but I don’t even have a diary? Jet also has a weakness phsyically due to her allergy to fresh food – everything she eats must be processed and she consumes vast amounts of vitamins.
Catchphrases:	(to Beanie ) – “Beanie. you are so weird!”, (to everybody) – “It’s really a conspiracy…””
Secrets:	Jet secretly has confided in me that she is attracted to Beanie a great deal – is this just as a friend or could it turn into something romantic maybe?
Rumours:	Despite Jet’s rigorous denials, there have been rumours on the Sunset Cove grapevine that Jet’s blue hair is really dyed, although she claims it is natural. She also denies claims she is party of a conspiracy to spread conspiracy theories…

DR LEGGS’ report on SOPHIE MAY (Lucy Gamble)

Hello, I am Dr Leggs, the resident psychiatrist of Sunset Cove. Many interesting people come to see me about their problems (and you can sometimes see me in Atlantis High!). Each week I’m profiling different Sunset Covers – and this week is everyone’s sweetheart of Atlantis High – Sophie May.

Name:	Sophie May
Age:	Sweet 16 and never been kissed.
Status:	Psychotic sweetheart of Atlantis High
Appearance:	Well groomed schoolgirl. Sophie always sports the latest in twin set attire. Her bunny Mr Fluffy Muffin is never far from her side.
Past History:	The past is a bit shady here. Sophie does not talk about her family. She seems to treat her rabbit Mr. Fluffy Muffin as a family member. Indeed her poltergeist is almost part of the family too. Sophie has a huge soft spot for Anthony and is convinced that he feels the same way.
Motives:	Sophie just wants everybody to be as sweet and snuggly as she is and is quite happy to dish out advice to anyone who will listen…and those who don’t. She does have her moments however and loses her temper if people do not act in a way she likes. Her poltergeist comes out in these moments and Sophie goes a wee bit, well, psycho. Sophie’s heart is in the right place though and she really just wants to be loved.
Influences:	Sophie is easily influenced by most people when they are nice to her. She is quite naiive really and likes to believe that people are being honest with her. Sophie likes Antony and Antonia. She has a lot of time for Giles Gordon. Sophie’s biggest influence however is Mr. Fluffy Muffin.
Strengths:	This girl is just the best at colour co-ordination. She’s great at matching her hair ties with her cardigans. Sophie is really good at baking, especially apple pies. Sophie is very good at catching and handling mice.
Weaknesses:	Sophie is probably not the most intelligent of people. She is gullible. She is used to getting her own way. And Sophie loves ice cream.
Catchphrases:	“As my pet rabbit Mr. Fluffy Muffin says…” or “yukky”
Secrets:	.There is more to this girl than meets the eye I’m sure. But I just can’t get to the bottom of it.
Rumours:	Some say that Sophie is the type of person who should get beamed up by aliens, poor girl. Others say that Sophie actually believes that Mr. Fluffy Muffin is real. And others claim that Sophie wants to make Giles Gordon her own.

DR LEGGS’ report on OCTAVIA VERMONT (Elizabeth McGlinn)

Name:	Octavia Vermont
Age:	17 years old but seems oh so much more mature
Status:	High school beauty teen and academic dream queen
Appearance:	Always immaculately dressed in various shades of purple. Knee high boots or sexy kitten heels are a great favourite. Long line jackets and Alice hair bands complete the look.
Past History:	On the surface it appears that all is perfect in this esteemed Sunset Cove family. The Vermont’s are a happily married couple, live in a dream house and the Commander has a record of heroism in the army (or does he…) Mrs. Vermont is the ideal mother and both parents dote on their only child. Octavia has always done well academically and socially and everyone in Sunset Cove is very fond of her (apart from Sabrina).
Motives:	Octavia wants the world to be a safe place and works hard to make sure it is kept that way. She will stop at nothing to follow through with her instincts and watches people very closely indeed in case she can learn something from them. Octavia also seems to want to find her true love, her soulmate, and holds back from guys she considers to be a waste of space. She does not play the usual ‘getting on with people’ game and talks to people only when and if she feels like doing so.
Influences:	Octavia is not influenced by anybody! She is one smart cookie and knows exactly what she wants to do and will just get out there and do it. She does not follow the crowd and ‘peer pressure’ is not a phrase in her dictionary.
Strengths:	This chick is a sassy dresser, a championship swimmer and gymnast – she is smart, kind, sensitive, knows all sorts of secret codes, can speak several languages and is a master in the martial arts. A good cook, homekeeper and friend to those she lets in to her heart. Octavia can keep a secret and is wonderful at creeping around, unnoticed force to contend with indeed.
Weaknesses:	Octavia has a weakness for true love and when she finds it I think there will be some major problems. It will throw her off balance more than she thinks possible. Octavia is a sucker for secrets and mysteries and the more there is to find out, the more involved Octavia becomes. She is like a pit bull terrier when it comes to secrets and mysteries, she just won’t let them go until she knows the truth behind them.
Catchphrases:	“The wildebeest may be migrating but the seahorse counts his blessings” – “Josh I am NOT interested” – “Hi Giles” – “But Mother” – “What do you mean…?”
Secrets:	.Oh there’s a storm a comin’ I am sure. There is more mystery behind this girlie than there are to the Mysteries of the Great Pyramids.
Rumours:	I’m certainly not one to gossip. I swore the Hypocrite’s oath and all but I have heard whispers in the Princess Diner that Octavia is involved with a secret service of some sort. And that her family is not quite as it seems…and uh, that she is not really a blonde!

Name:	Sabrina Georgia
Age:	Suspicious 17 years
Status:	The sexy sultry siren of Atlantis High School
Appearance:	Pink is the colour for this 21st century babe. She favours hot pants or short flirty skirts teamed with pink high heely weely sandals or knee high boots.
Past History:	This pink pariah keeps her personal life very much to herself. She socialises and hangs out in Sunset Cove but I for one have never seen or heard of any family. Sabrina has always lived in Sunset Cove but I am not sure where.
Motives:	Sabrina wants one thing…MONEY! She loves the good things in life and believes that the easy route to the easy life would be to marry the gorgeous head boy, Josh Montana. Sabrina is very territorial and tries to keep other beautiful girls away from her man. Miss. Georgia wants to be in control at all times and will take charge of any situation she can to enable her to be the boss lady.
Influences:	Sabrina is influenced purely by fashion and her desire to be rich. She is not influenced by teachers or her school friends and basically does her own thing in her quest to be the most glamorous material girl of Sunset Cove.
Strengths:	This chick is totally strong in every way. She knows exactly what she wants and sticks to the path to achieve her goals. Sabrina is great at cheerleading and at choosing sexy clothes. She is the best person to apply false eyelashes and is a demon manicurist.
Weaknesses:	Sabrina’s weaknesses are money and clothes. She spends a lot of her cash on looking fine and has been known to overspend in her mission for glamour.
Catchphrases:	“Like totally” – “Uber goober” – “I want that dress” – “Get away from me Geek Boy” – “Josh…”
Secrets:	.There is a secret here…I think that Sabrina is very shy and insecure and she keeps that side of herself a big secret from everybody.
Rumours:	Whispers in the wind say that Miss Georgia is about to embark upon a career of naughtiness and that she has been in a bit of a bad mood lately. Silver Lining had better watch out because Sabrina might just try her luck with him. She has been getting nowhere with Josh Montana and it stands to reason that she might attempt to seduce his alter ego.

Name:	Psycho Sexy Sophie
Age:	Sweet 16 and been kissed by nearly every guy
Status:	Irresistable vamp/vixen of Sunset Cove
Appearance:	Scantily clad and dressed to kill, Sophie is accompanied everywhere by her equally scantily clad but not as enticing rabbit, Mr Fluffy-Muffin
Past History:	Sophie was once “nice, shy Sophie” – a sweet and cute girl (albeit with poltergeist) beloved by the town. However a freak encounter with aliens changed her into her opposite – an aggressive, determined and not too innocent boy-magnet!
Motives:	Sophie is after “the record” – she wants to have gone out with and kissed more guys than anyone else in recorded history, to set her place in record books and become a legen. Any guy within eye conact is liable to fall for her charms. It seems the more guys she goes out with the better she feels about herself as an irresistable temptress.
Influences:	Men. Guys. Say no more. Oh – and her cuddly rabbit, Mr. Fluffy Muffin, continues to have much influence over her.
Strengths:	Charisma and beauty. Sophie in her new incarnation oozes appeal and can persuade or influence 99% of the male population. She also has powerful psychic powers.
Weaknesses:	Charisma and beauty. It may attract guys but most girls are jealous of her and Sophie can’t manipulate girls with her charms (the way she does guys). Her psychic power are also a source for much suspicion and anxiety in others.

Secrets:	Obviously deep within the alien-influenced vixen personality lurks the real sweet-natured shy and kind Sophie. Will the real Sophie return after a while?
Rumours:	Some say that Sophie is going through the phonebook meeting guys in alphabetical order in her effort to become a legend and the most famous “sex symbol” or seductress of then all. She is up to the letter “P” so far. Rumour has it that after the phonebook, she’ll run alphabetically through a whole encyclopedia – and then a dictionary….
